1 Gallon Jug
Ingredients:
- Used left overs from Experiment #1
- Filled 1 gallon jug to top with Martinelli’s Cider – 101.8 ounces
- (2) Cinnamon Sticks pre gallon
Instructions:
- Allow new cider to reach room temperature
- Added cider to left overs
- Put gas valve on bottle
- Store for 2 weeks
- Rack to secondary fermentation
- Add Cinnamon sticks
- Store for 1 weeks
- Rack to bottles
- Heat and mix1/4 cup brown sugar to 1 cup water added to bottle mix
- Sit at room temp for 4 days
- Chill for 2 weeks
- Drink and enjoy
