1 Gallon Jug
Ingredients:
- (1) gallon Mayers Brothers Cider Mill 100% Pasteurized Cider
- (1) 2.4 ounce package Premier Cuvee yeast
- (1) 7 ounce Great Lakes clover honey
- (7) Whole cloves
Instructions:
- Bring cider and cloves to a boil
- Remove cloves
- Allow cider to reach room temperature
- Pitch yeast
- Put gas valve on bottle
- Store for 1 week
- Move to secondary fermentation
- Store for 2 weeks
- Bottle
- Sit at room temp for 1 week
- Chill for 2 weeks
- Drink and enjoy

- Cider was very clear and dry. Not sweet. Allowing the bottled cider to sit at room temp was essential to carbonation development.
