1 Gallon Jug

Ingredients:

  • Used left overs from Batch #4
  • Filled 1 gallon jug to top with Martinelli’s Cider – about 70 ounces

Instructions:

  1. Allow new cider to reach room temperature
  2. Added to left overs
  3. Put gas valve on bottle
  4. Store for 2 weeks
  5. Rack to secondary fermentation
  6. Added 1 cup raisins
  7. Store for 1 weeks
  8. Rack to bottles
  9. Heated and mixed 1/4 cup brown sugar to 1 cup water added to bottle mix
  10. Sit at room temp for 4 days
  11. Chill for 2 weeks
  12. Drink and enjoy
